Chicken Parmesan for two
Chicken Parmesan has been a favorite of my family for a long
time. Recently Alex and I have been on an Italian kick and Chicken Parmesan is
a delicious and easy meal. Even Alex can make it J
This meal can easily be prepared for more than two, just
have the amount of chicken breast and ingredients necessary for the number of
servings you desire.
Ingredients
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs
½ cup of Parmesan cheese
2 slices of Marble Jack cheese
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 jar of pasta sauce
Directions
1.) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
3.) In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add
coated chicken and sauté for about 4 to 5 minutes each side.
4.) Place chicken into a lightly greased baking dish. Cover with tomato sauce. Wrap dish with aluminum foil and place in preheated over, cook for 20 minutes.
Then once the timer goes off it's all done! Now comes the best part, eating! I served it with bow-tie pasta and a Tomato Basil Pasta sauce. Pair nicely with a good Cabernet!
